We are a free referral and lead generation service. We connect people who need water damage help in and around Oakland, California with independent restoration companies and lead partners. We do not perform restoration, mitigation, mold remediation, plumbing, roofing or repair work, and we do not employ the people who do.
Independent contractors
Restoration companies you are connected with are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners in a legal sense. Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty or dispute is between you and that company. You are free to hire them or not. Before hiring anyone, we encourage you to check their license with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB), ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that a company will be available, that it will arrive at a certain time, or the price, quality, timing or results of any work. We do not guarantee insurance coverage or claim results. Restoration companies and lead partners may pay us for referrals.
Consent to be contacted
By calling or submitting a form, you agree that we and the restoration companies or lead partners who receive your request may contact you by phone, text or email about your request, including by automated means where the law allows. Message and data rates may apply. Calls may be recorded and tracked. You can ask a company to stop contacting you at any time.
